Definition:
Bloating is the swelling up as with gas or liquid.
Symtoms:
Bloating feelings can manifest themselves in various forms, such as the following: Indigestion, heartburn, or low stomach acidity.
Cause:
The main causes of bloating vary. One of the causes of heartburn is the consumption of food too late in the evening prior to retiring. Another reason for this ailment is too little stomach acid, commonly known as hypochlorhydria. This could be caused because of the consumption of anti-acids (acid + base = partial to complete neutralization of stomach acid).
